Data stored locally
The site stores your display name, Discord account ID, optional profile picture, forum posts, replies, moderation status, and linked Patreon status in the local data folder.

Privacy notes
This local VROS website stores account records on the PC running the server. Discord is used for account sign-in, and Patreon can be linked later for supporter status.
External services
Discord handles sign-in. Patreon linking is optional and stores supporter metadata such as tier, status, and last sync time after you approve access.
Administration
Configured admins can view member account details, forum activity, Patreon connection failures, and audit logs. Passwords are not used for Discord-based accounts.
Retention
Admins can delete member accounts and optionally remove that member's forum posts and replies. Error logs can be cleared from member management.
